THE COMMERCIAL REALITY

You build the network.
We build the customer base.

Homes passed are only the beginning. FiberLoop is designed to help ISPs convert serviceable addresses into completed activations—without requiring the carrier to build, recruit and manage another internal field organization.

FOR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS

Field acquisition built around ISP economics.

FiberLoop operates as an extension of your growth organization. We recruit and manage the field team while your organization controls the product, pricing, serviceability, installation and customer relationship.

  • Dedicated residential and small-business field sales teams
  • Carrier-approved scripts, pricing, offers and brand standards
  • Territory deployment based on serviceable-address data
  • Performance measured on completed activations and quality
  • Daily field visibility and structured ISP reporting
  • Installation follow-up designed to improve order-to-install conversion

ABOUT FIBERLOOP

Led by a broadband insider who understands the full path from network buildout to customer activation.

FiberLoop Texas was created to give broadband providers a focused, accountable field-sales partner that can move quickly when new neighborhoods become serviceable.

Founder & CEO Shane Bala brings more than two decades of experience across broadband semiconductors, carrier access, home networking, sales leadership and field execution. Earlier in his career, Shane worked in the semiconductor market with Texas Instruments and Broadcom during the ADSL, VDSL and fiber rollout eras, calling on carrier and ISP ecosystems including AT&T, Verizon and other broadband providers.

At Broadcom, he led broadband carrier-access and enterprise product marketing, working with Tier 1 carriers and global OEM/ODM partners, including teams and manufacturers across China and Taiwan and equipment companies such as Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, ZTE and 2Wire.

Shane later ran Stellar AV & Automation, building in-home networks and automating high-end residential and commercial environments with automation, networking, AV, security, surveillance and solar solutions. His most recent role includes AT&T corporate field leadership as an Area Director for Internet and Mobile in North Texas, focused on recruiting, training, sales execution, customer acquisition and brand-compliant growth.
